Avrios is comprehensive fleet and mobility management SaaS Platform, which supports medium-sized and large companies in the purchase, management and re-marketing of their fleets.
As first Product Designer in Avrios, I’ve faced challenges on a broad spectrum in the UX landscape: from refining our brand to establish a clear visual identity, setting up quantitative UX research to building a design system for our software platform that intuitively resonates with our users.
Case Study Mileage Report
Mileage management gets very complicated because it encompasses a big amount of data and complex calculations. But extra costs related to mileage are a big opportunity for savings. In this study I‘ll reflect on how we broke down this complexity and designed the Fleet Mileage Reports that our users loved.

Case Study Avrios Reports
Avrios reports offer users valuable insights such as savings potentials, distribution of costs, fleet ecological impacts, compliance overview etc. However, users spent overall about only 1.5% of their time within reports. We were able to change the game and make Avrios Insights & Reports a key feature of the platform.
